Classic Padthaway Pinot showing red cherry, raspberry, spice and a savoury undercurrent. Elegant and medium-bodied with fine tannins and lively acidity, it offers lovely flow, purity and that signature cool-climate freshness. Great structure and poise.
★★★★★ Elegant, spicy and classically varietal

Richly fruited with complexity, the wine showcases dark cherry, cured meat, warm mushroom, toasted spice, and assorted nut characters on the nose. It's concentrated and succulent in the mouth, displaying a plush texture and layers of fine tannins, making it superbly structured with a persistent, seductive finish. At its best: now to 2032

This is a pathway pinot of some complexity and intensity. On the nose, a fairly typical red cherry, subtle strawberry sweetness is evident. There are subtle earthy, truffly nuances that bring a heightened degree of complexity. It's light-bodied and perfectly integrated with fine silky tannins, a very gentle hint of oak, and good fruit intensity. Bright, lively, but with good pinot complexity that is heightened by the clever use of older French oak that sits harmoniously within the palate.
