Immensely complex and fragrant, the bouquet is filled with dark fruit richness, charcuterie, spicy oak and mocha characters, leading to a concentrated palate offering plush mouthfeel backed by bold tannins, finishing lingering and sturdy. At its best: now to 2033.

A marvellous example of Coonawarra shiraz. It’s powerful yet so beautifully refined. Deeply concentrated spicy dark fruit characters burst from the glass. It’s a plush and generously appointed wine of tremendous poise. A mix of French and American oak has been used perfectly, contributing to a wine that retains its life and energy through to that very long finish.
